Today coming home in my 1990 RR vogue a warning light come on but I have no idea what it relates to as I am still waiting for my RR manual I was wondering if someone can help me on the instrument panel in the middle were the blinkers and other warning light are the one bellow the picture of the trailer come on and I have no idea what it represents all help welcome.

I'm glad you answered that. I didn't feel like going down to the garage in 6 degrees and looking.
If it's that it has probably got wet. The switch is under the fan on a pipe going across the front. Give it a hit with WD40.

had to laugh when you you all suggested trans, only yesterday i found two plugs that looked like they went together so i did put them together and it did lead to a switch on a pipe under the fan so what would be causing it to over heat if the WD40 doesnt work.
the picture looks like a square container with a fluid level and a fountain of fluid squirting up and a cap on the top right corner
Sounds like a coolant level switch indicator, orange or red??
Tha one below the trailer symbol is auto overtemp, but that's an 86, so it may of changed to 90, I can;t recall exactly, but think it may be the case
Have you checked the coolant level?
I'll go out on a limb here and say it's the windscreen water bottle??? needs water top up
