    Question Hot engine bay

I have gas injection fitted to my V8 D1. During the morning tea brake the bonnet was popped for others to admire the set up. After 10 Min with the bonnet up one venturous sole touched the LPG brain and yelped as it was hot enough to burn. Granted this was after a couple of hours driving on Stockton beach but the ambient temp on Saturday was butt cold and the engine had been cooling down for a while.

Anyway on to my question: What is the best way to reduce the temperature in the engine bay?

The LPG brain is on the RHS wing by the firewall as far away from the engine as possible and the engine was running at normal temp, which is just under ½ on the gauge, I had a new temperature sensor installed a few weeks ago. So that side of things is all good.

If I can reduce the temperature in my engine bay what other benefits would that give me?
