    Question D2 oil leaks

I've had an oil leak from my transfer for awhile now and am happy to just monitor oil levels untill i get a chance to pull it and repair/overhaul the tranfer case. Recently though my Disco has started to mark her territory in another spot also, which is making the concrete outside our rental unit look a little, shall we say, secondhand.....
The leak seams to be drivers side of the engine towards the rear of the block and with the cold weather i've noticed a wax residue on the offending spot on the concrete. Would this be my fuel block regulator starting to leak?
I've noticed my fuel consumption is not as good as it used to be.

    Thanks all,
    Phill

Tighten your oil filter(spin on) and check that the oil pressure sender isnt leaking.
YES they are on the opposite side but it was the only leaking engine oil I had and it dripped there.Possibly works its way around the back of the head whilst driving.

Check your engine oil level if your fuel consumption is up.

Oil level is fine, are you thinking injector seals letting diesel into engine oil?

Yeah was thinking that, making the oil thinner and then the leaks worse.....

Any idea how involved changing injector seals is? DIY or workshop?

Sure Dave will post up soon as I have never had to do it, but I believe it is possible to do yourself, the hardest bit I think is removing the injectors. The removal tools have a habit of breaking as far as I can recall.
