    Question Ignition amplifiers yes/no, waste of money?

    What gains in power and economy can I expect from installing an ignition amplifier?

    Hi
    I don't think that it is used for that purpose ... rather it takes the weak signal of the "magnetic switch registering open & closed" in the dizzy ... and then "Amplifies" the pulse to the ECU & coil, to give you a spark at the spark plugs

    For economy .... look into ECU chips
