Is this the system you are using? Surely 670cfm should support a 4.3ltr motor?

yep this is the system we're running with a older computer, but as it states only good for up to 275HP, the little 4.3L is potentially round the 300hp mark. that is why we were thinking the 4 barrel system, flows around 900cfm, and good for obvioulsy alot more stink.

hey rovercare as to range i'm not overly concerned, its only a play rig, and no theres not really anywhere on the 90 for gas - don't want to rip out fuel tanks, etc. and still need room for the fridge or the dogs in the back.

we were looking at the thor manifold system, and run a haltech or similar with it, so yes that is a possibility. waiting to hear back from summit racing in states on coast of 4 barrel holley system to start doing some math on options - is a nice simple system.

has anyone run projection, haltech, etc? seen a few on here running wolf

anyway at least i get to pick up the wombat t'row (running on carbs for now) and tack her for a rumble!!!
