I think naming and shaming depends on the response from the workshop and the issue.
I have no problem naming and shaming if there is damage or bad workmanship and the said repairer refuses to rectify it. I know personally I would like to avoid workshops etc that do not take responsability for their mistakes.
We all make mistakes, I know I did with our 1-4, 3 days old and I broke the fire pump actuator backing around a corner. Stuck my hand up and took responsability, got it fixed and moved on. Its doccumented and no issue. Of course the guys at work take the pee out of me for a while, but hey honesty and integrity are important to me. We have an Ambulance with a big dent, a building with a big dent and a few more that people will not own up to and I know who did most of them.
