I did this a while back, its pretty easy, they are basically a straight swap. The only thing you need to change is the input shaft for one with longer splines.
Also worth fiting new seals
I think the part number is FTC5090 (but not certain)
Its just a case of doing the linkage then.
I think you could do it in the car if you were keen!!

with the PTO cover and bearing back plate removed does this allow you to pull out the input gear and when box is bolted in place you slide it all back in, also where is the intermediate shaft Oil seal located.
