Merv,
I think they all have opposite threads at each end - that's how the length is adjusted.
What is it that you need to find out about - the appropriate ball-joint?
Laurie
I have an after market tie rod for a RRC that requires one right hand thread and one left hand thread tie rod end.
Is there any model Land Rover that has a left hand thread tie rod that will fit?

Early RR used both ends of RH thread with a two-piece tie-rod. Later models (and Discos) went to a one piece tie-rod with LH and RH threaded TRE.
RH TRE is RTC5869
LH TRE is RTC5870

Hi Merv,
Ron is right. Part # from Burson's is TE 626 L (for left hand thread), about $29 and comes with one of those stupid old things called a grease nipple.
I had to trim about 10mm off the threaded part.
cheers, DL
