    There appears to be only 1 burnt socket which suggests a loose contact rather than excessive load.

    Was just making sure he wasn't using those 95/105? watt globes that you can buy ..... IE ... System overload ....

    My opinion as well, as the headlight wiring upgrade removes all but the smallest of loads from the vehicle’s existing wiring.

    By the way, I have just had a phone call from another fender owner with a similar relay contact meltdown problem.

    Me thinks shes all good

    Well I have taken Sally Anne for a drive, with out any loss of lighting.
    Drove for about 50k, 30min. Flicking the lights between hi-lo, on-off. Still stayed on. So happy Easo.

    Lets see if they remain good, Easo
