i work on 1 mm to take in error as i do it at home
0mm - 2mm sounds right
Getting the Disco wheel alignment this afternoon, just wondering what most people have there's set to ? I have in the past had it set to 0 or 1mm toe out, but a lot of places I read it should be set to 2mm toe out ?
It is a 1997 Disco v8 with BFG AT's on it !
It is getting done at Beau's, and I know there books say 0mm.

D1 manual states 0 to 2mm or 0°0' to 0°16' don't have D2 manual in front of me at the moment though.
0mm, it's not a race car![]()

have had it set to 1mm toe out before and it seemed fine, guy has tired 2mm for me now and if it is no good will put it to 1mm.
I should clarify further... if the vehcile is lifted then closer to 0mm the better.
Toe out is better for cornering responsiveness, and toe in or 0mm help for straight line stability (which I presonally think is more important in a lifted 4by).
