The indicators will all work OK, just won't draw enough current to trigger the trailer indication on the dashboard. Other lights shouldn't be a problem.
Guys
just reading up on some LED Trailer lights (as im about to fit some) was looking at license plate illumination also as the lights i have dont have it built in, and came across load resistors.
Do you know if the DII electronics have issues with LED trailer lamps without these?
also do you know if there are any ADR regs on the placement of license plates? i think i may need to move mine, as the licence plate holder im looking at doesnt look like it will fit on the boat trailer where the plate is currently.
Thanks in advance
Steve

thats kinda what i was wondering... i may purchase a ballast or 2 then for the indicators as i like to know they are working!
Thanks for that
Steve
Hi Steve
Mate if you havent bought the LEDs yet talk to our FRIEND at Amcap
Get the Narva Marine kit, includes all the wire up to the plug and a licence light.I got them for my trailer, nice looking, work a treat,no wiring isses for the D2.
If you join LED wires the joint HAS to be watertight, they will track water in the same way "oil in the harness" does, the water especially salt water will destroy the LED!!!!!
Goodluck
