have a read of the attachement
we have come across five rims at our work, we were going to inspect them when there monthly service was due. after a site notice was issued for the operator to carry out a visual we found more than we expected. fare chance we will be fast tracking the inspections.

Hi Kelvin,
Thanks for the info.
My 5yo 'van has 14" Sunraysia Speedy rims. Although this seems to be for recently manufactured wheels, I'll check them before returning to Sydney from Mackay.
Best Wishes,
Peter
Thanks Kevin
Just wanting to be pedantic, but "Sunraysia" was a brand and not a style, although the word has now come to mean the style.
The "Sunraysia" rims were the brand fitted to the Land Rover Game Series 3 and the wheel centre disk does not have a rolled edge like all the ones in the brochure.
A friend of mine is looking for an original 10 spoke Sunraysia rim for his Land Rover. The type where the wheel studs are in line with every second spoke.

You won't find me on: faceplant; Scipe; Infragam; LumpedIn; ShapCnat or Twitting. I'm just not that interesting.
G'day All, there were 5 rims (15x 10" cause I looked at em n cried) and tyres at Cessnock dump about 2 months ago, problem is you can't remove anything from the dump, so methinks they are either buried or scrap now cheers Dennis![]()
Depend on how sneaky you. Got me a lawn mower (went well for a year befor blowing up) from the dump that was ment to be no scavaging. The bloke at the office could not care less even helped me pick the best one out.
