Scott , seeing my Torque Wrench ranges from 30-150 ft-lb of Torque would you say minimum 30 ft-lb say 40.67Nm is too much Torque on outer Bolts ? other wise I have backed off the outer bolts and Gently hand tightened them.

Edit: above should read , tightened them with a ratchet and 16mm socket by hand ...

Don't worry... I still have a spot for the rangie. The shead atm
    Your right though

I'd still like to build it up as have all I need here to do it other than spare the time

May be I should do a RaZzor and give up I think not

I'd love to help you out but.....
No chance of a weekend in march We are snowed over and way behind here now.
I will be down your way some time after though so if not all sorted it will be

I can take some pics of the 90 model and post up if any help although there may be some small differences as yours is a 93 and I seem to recall may be on duel fuel.
From what I've seen you had it all well sorted and parts labeled so you will do OK once you get into it.
I'm sure someone here can talk you through it
Just remember I'm only a rough ol bushie now with a few trades

Oh my project Rangie Now I have the 4BD1 120 it does get neglected now.
A bit sad when all the ingredients are here including two spare Rangies,a Disco, 4.11s, MDs etc.

My wife wants to do Tassie soon and I haven't done anything with the Rangie yet We may be a fly drive Or take the 4BD1T 120

yep it's dual fuel , and I was only just kidding about the weekend , I just gotta pull my head in and get stuck into it and finish it

when I finish my Rangie , I'm gonna drive up over a few weekends and start on your rangie project , so we can finish your project in time for Taswania , on the way down we'll drop into Matt's place and drink his beers.

On the Way to Rutherglen to pick up the "rangie" with Tony we spoke about taking a detour and coming down to Visit but due to time constraints we couldn't ,but perhaps we'll organise a Trip soon and come down and bring plenty of beers with us but after you have all your wisdom teeth fixed . and may be we'll do a Vic high Country trip combined with Tassie.
