    110 Side steps

As i now have a 110 i need a set of side steps for it. Due to my wife being a short ar*e. (well she was the one that wanted a defender)
It does have a long range side tank under the drivers seat so don't know if this effects the fitment of side steps on a 110.

Does anyone know where i can get a set of side steps for the 110

    Cheers

The side steps should bolt onto the chassis outriggers, or at least mine do. I have a set of "Scorpion Racing" rock sliders, and tree sliders. Does not lower the distance to step into the vehicle, as do steps, but the ground clearance is the same as before. The tree slider bars make a very nice step. If you can see the outrigger bars, you should be fine. Also check where the fuel lines run from the tank.

    Cheers,
    Ken

Just get a set of heavy duty sills instead...

If Sue complains, tell here that my kids don't have a problem getting in & out of my one.

Get the standard LR ones, they are a good piece of heavy steel and a dead easy fit. Though I suspect that will be a big issue with the sill tank.

I have the same problem my wife is 5' 1 1/4" - don't forget the 1/4" - and she hates the old Tdi because I refused to get side steps (my excuse is the sill tank). Unfortunately it was conditional to purchase of the Puma

My side steps are TJM. They are not sliders but do the job ok. They bolt to the outriggers. I have an OEM fuel tank under the driver seat. I'm at Wynnum you if you want to drop in for a look.
