Spiggot size of an LT95 ??

    Hey guys,
Can anyone tell me the spiggot size for an LT95 4 speed. I would guess they are the same for all the rover V8's ????

    Cheers,

This is a spiggot bush for the Lt95 to an Isuzu, but it's the same shaft on the gearbox. Are you just after the internal diameter or other dimensions too.

he means the bearing that resides in the flywheel that support the tip (spiggot if you will) of the input shaft from the gearbox that pretty much every mechanic over looks when doing a gearbox change or clutch work

whats possabley going to upset him is I think that theres a difference between the OD and length of the bearings as fitted to the v8 or the suzi

    Thanks guys,
Yes just after the diameter of the tip input shaft of the gearbox (the bit that fits into the block)
The reason I ask is I've have just completed a conversion of a 5.0 ford EFI engine, and I have a bit of a rattle while slipping the clutch, more so in reverse for some reason. The only thing that I can think of that I didn't check was the difference spiggot bearing size, completely slipped my mind when bolting every thing up ..... I'm thinking the ford may be slightly larger, and that is maybe what is rattling around, as once the clutch is fully engaged, doesn't make the noise......
