Heres one that I was trying to draw (but managed to find on the net!)

    http://www.devon4x4.com/download-doc...or-wiring.html

Its not quite the same as yours as you dont have the solid state type solenoid, but the basic principles are correct..

I am just looking for a wiring diagram for the old style solenoids.

I dont want to try and guess which one is F1 and F2 looking at the photos of the solenoids...

Pretty sure I have this sorted. The positive wire from the battery goes into the control box in the top left hand corner of this photo. I have marking for the 'A' wire coming out of the control box, this goes to the end end of the winch motor. I also have marking for F-2 so that can go on as it is marked on the winch motor. So the last wire left in the control box is F-1 which goes to the motor. And the negative from the battery goes to the threaded hole in the bottom on the motor

    yep. Spot on!!

When you wire it up and test it, put the winch in freespool, and drag out 20ft of cable. this will mean that if it does something odd you have time to stop it before it motors all the wire in and stalls!

    Nice one.

Plasma is ok on low mounts. The main issue is if you are letting yourself down the internal brake can heat the drum up too much

Yeah the fella JC works with told me the same. Because the drum gets so hot. So I had new wire made up, cost me about $60 in total

Ill post a picture up when I get a chance
