    Twin turbo intercooled Rover 3.5V8

Just thought that some of you may be interested in a build which is taking place on Outerlimits4x4.

The build has nothing to do with me.

Its a Rover 3.5 that is being used in a comp Toyota Landcruiser run Mog axles and 44" tyres which is being built in Queensland.

The motor is a 3.5 which I think may have been converted from 2x carby to EFI. Its had a custom set of exhaust manifolds up to a turbo on each bank above the heads. These feed into a common air/water intercooler which then ats as the plenum over the inlet trumpets.

Sump mod to suit front prop for mogs

and also $20k + all of the other stuff like transmissions etc. This one looks like its a pair of Supra or something turbos and some good ability in fabrication.

    Why a 3.5 Hope it's a stiff block. Likely not a X bolt mains.
I would think a X bolt 4 ltr or 4.6 be a good donor for this one.

I like the intercooler. That setup could work under my eaton M90. With a 2.5" body lift it may fit

Very neat for a custom job anyway. I'd say it will get a reputation once out there. I'm not sure what it may be though
