Where do you want to use it?
By the way, I have no idea. I use whatever's at hand. Does it make a big difference? (Just curious).

In anything that slides (ie splined shafts) generally an NLGI #2 lithium complex thickener with 3% minimum MoS2 (moly, or molybdenum disulphide)
I've always used this in the uni's too, although there is a school of thought that says moly shouldn't be used in needle rollers.
I've been doing this for well over twenty years now and I don't seem to have any uni's die so ?? and a lubricant formulator I know advocates moly in the unis too, just to rationalise your grease inventory.
CAT supply a range of Calcium Sulphonate thickened greases with 5% moly that would be the ultimate, but I haven't seen any in real life yet. A calcium sulphonate thickened grease resists water washout better than any other thickener/soap.
