Maxidrive axles in the rear should be enough. Maxidrive axles & Ashcroft CVs are enough for the front end. Standard County CVs, if you can find some genuines, should be enough without lockers.
The front CW&P is up to the job even for tuff trips, with sensible driving. Mine was swapped from the old Disco to this car, had about 400,000 kms on it before it got noisy.
If you're thinking about 35s, then also think about 4.11s in the diffs. I can put you onto someone in Hornsby you has all the bearing numbers etc for the rear.
Rock crawler gears are now hard to get, but you've got a good lo/lo anyway. Plus all that torque off-idle.
Developing it is half the fun.
