    Heat the bearing with an oxy torch then stick it in cold water. This will cause the bearing to crack / shatter. Alternatively use a die grinder as mentioned above.

    place a large chisel with the blade parallel to the axle axis and strike it hard. rotate it around and go again.

    20-30 hits and it comes off. (unless some joker has put it on with oldschool loctite bearing locator, in which case throw the thing away and get a new one..
