Superpro, especially for ones that wear relatively quickly like panhard rod bushes. You don't need a press to replace them.

Some of the other options, like rubber, depends on lift, if any, and how you (ab)use your LR.

If I was doing a complete rebuild again I would just go all Superpro. I don't take my POS through mudholes often.
