    r380 stuck to 300tdi

    Help Cant get the box off I Have removed all sundry stuff & 4 bottom bellhousing bolts & 4 studs up each side of bellhousing. Are there any more ? I cant feel/reach /see any more but levering produces a gap at bottom but not top. Have fiddled with jacks etc underneath to no avail HELP.

    there's studs across the top of the bell housing too.

    There are definitely bolts on top. You should be able to feel (and see from memory) them from underneath in a Disco.

    Many thanks gents, I will now persist & eventually win. certainly cant see them from underneath, Maybe I need new specs !
