    No screeching and D2 pulls like a train almost right from 1Krpm.
    I checked the exhaust manifold.
    No carbon marks there.

    And don't forget to cut the webbing out between the ports on the exhaust manifold BEFORE you have it faced.
    This stress relieves the manifold, allows it to move more when hot, stops cracking and will stop it from warping in the future.

    Looks a lot neater too when you take all the webbing off!!

    When my studs broke I de-stressed the manifold.It was warped before hand(checked on a sheet of glass) after the de-stress it lost most of the warp.Didnt re-face it as it isnt that easy to arrange in the country,no issues since.
