Would kinking it ruin it?
Kununarra? You're hopeful! However, there used to be a dealer there. I can't help with the name at the moment.

apparently it can. My spare popped out at the top ring as it inflated, i was told by rover craft on the sat phone minutes later (credit card in hand) it was probly because of a kink, and i know it was folded, i thought it would just "pop out". Could have shot car at the time! Funny i had just met someone leavin with u guessed it deflated sls on a d2! But i'll still need another bag for a spare. Heard that rumour of a dealer here from the bloke i met with his own probs but they probably don't exist anymore. Anyone know?

The local dealer no longer exists.
Re kinking, I kinked the front bags on my P38A when I first tried installing them. They don't seem to have suffered any harm.

The Caterpillar agent was the Land Rover agent, 14 years ago.
I think they were on the corner of Bloodwood & Rivergum.
I doubt they'd have one, they mainly stocked belts & filters for military Land Rovers.
Best bet would be Rovacraft to airbag one up, which is what I'm guessing you're doing.
Mate, how's it stuffed? Has it split, or have the ends been damaged in any way? They're very robust, and I'd be very surprised to see a folded bag fail on inflation; more likely, it just blew off the bag end(s) with over pressure.
Got any more info, sir?
