Thread: Diaphram for TD5 fuel pressure reg'

Hi All,

We've followed the tutorial by Dave and I had all the parts ready to be serviced in the unit except the one that I have found to be faulty, the diaphram in my fuel pressure regulator on my TD5 2002 II.

Does anyone know where I can get hold of this? I tired English Auto here on the coast but they said it was not available and that I could only get the entire fuel pressure regulator.

Any idea's or to put it another way.... HELP!

As an after thought, I can see that many of you guys have replaced your own FPR's with new ones so I am hoping that one or two of you may have your old one still floating around.

As it seems that many were replaced due to leakling o-rings and mine is faulty due to a leaking diaphragm (I've replaced the o-rings anyway), maybe someone could sell me their "o-ring faulty" FPR so I could pull out the working diaphragm?
