    Dropping the oil, should tell you if the centre diff gears are knackered

    Just 1 more thing, when you are fitting the new one in, make sure you fit a new transfer case input seal, ICV100010 is the part number. You don't want to be doing it again if it starts leaking

    I think they probably are as there has been some ordinary noises coming from it
