    Defender swivel pre-load

    What is the correct swivel pre-load as measured with a spring balance on a Defender?

    Supposedly between 1.16 to 1.46 kg, once its already moving, without the seal, but the force to start to move it can be much higher

    I believe the force will be between 3.6 - 4.5 kg to for a Defender with the seal removed, to start it moving,
