Red face Disco 1 rear door

Has anyone had any experience replacing the hinges on the rear (tailgate) door of their Disco 1? In high wind the other day, the door was forced back against its hinges and when i had a look i noticed that the lower hinge has cracked in two. Still opens an closes but with a loud crunch.

    any ideas?

I haven't replaced one myself but they're just a bolt in part.
Remove the trim & you'll see how they bolt in. You'll need to paint the replacement hinge first though, unless you get a 2nd hand one the same colour.
Prop the tailgate up too & make sure it can't move.

Just make sure the door is secure - it's pretty heavy.
