I changed my ACE fluid last week using the same method Pedro described; just one thing; you need to remove the TOP hose from the ACE reservoir not the bottom hose as mentioned earlier - the top hose is the fluid return to the reservoir.
I found there is enough slack in the top hose when removed to reach into an old milk bottle or similar, as said, have an assistant help out.
One word of warning; the ACE pump will drain a full reservoir in seconds flat, be ready to shut off the engine almost immediately after starting.
I'm not sure if I would bother with trying to clean the ACE filter; although it looks very sturdy and made of ssteel there is altogether too many warnings about the potential damage to the ACE system if there is any contamination to the fluid. The filters aren't cheap but hey, neither is replacing the ACE system.
all up, quite simple, just take your time and clean around all hoses etc before removing to avoid ingress of dirt.
