Yep on my TD5 it's stuffed. Squeeky rattle crinkle noises...
So what's the go? Who makes a replacement downpipe? Or am I better off to just replace the flexible section? If I just replace the section, does anyone know the size of the exhaust offhand and length of the section I need?
Cheers,
Dave

Cheers Ben,
Yep that's similar - there is the long sort like that for sale in town here but the TD5 has the short stumpy one and I was worried about the clearance to the chassis rail. Have you fitted the long type you picture?
Here's a link - would you know which is the right one?

Yep, they can mig them on in place - but be aware that most Australian shops will have American sizes - ie 2.5 inch, 2.75 inch - whereas your TD5 pipe should be a metric size. The difference on my 300Tdi dump pipe was 2.5 - 3mm extra radius, but a neat mig job on the bench took care of it.
dont worrie davros! it will fit.
ive fitted a 3'' one and 3'' dump pipe to redbacks D2. and had one in my 90.
cheers phil
