I know that the U shape one is in the TD5 defender and I also pretty sure the TD5 fender kits are different to the disco ones..
you could contact tombie2 and ask he can get td5 kits
can any help in a matter re a set of silicon hoses i want to install on my td5 disco. the first set sent were in fact dor a tdi the replacement set tf722 only seems half correct the ic to inlet fits ok but the "s" shaped ic to metal tube only seems to fit on the ic too tight to get onto the tube and the third hose is almost "u" shaped. is this right , if so how then is it supposed to go from the turbo to the connecting middle tube. or have i been sent something in error again.

Our Land Rover does not leak oil! it just marks its territory.......
I bought hoses of Tombie for my D2 some years back. There was 2 S shaped ones for either side of the intercooler, a straight section and a U shaped that I had to cut in half to match the elbow to the turbo. This is all from memory, but I also recall there was a post with pic's of someone's installation some while back (maybe 2 or 3 years) on the forum.

I have fitted some Samco silicone hoses to my TD5 Disco.
There is a link in this post to the Samco site.
There are 2 types they do - Defender TD5 and Disco TD5, both have pictures.
Compare them with what you received.
The hoses I got cost me 123 GBP which is quite a lot but they are tough and professional looking. They were a bit of a **** to fit but having never done this before did it in 2 hours one evening last week.
Do they make a difference, yes but not as much as I thought they would. My original turbo side intercooler hose was delaminated and bubbling internally. The torbo hose was really flexible and the other side was brittle and solid - not healthy all up.
Hope this helps.
