Thread: R380 getting hard to shift when cold

    Well I removed the console and had a peek on the gear selector as reverse is almost impossible to engage. Thinking it might be the spring plate has split as it di years ago. I cleaned every thing and checked the gear lever ball socket bush , springs, spring plate etc.
    I think the synchroniser might have **** itself???
