D2 SLS sagging. New Arnott bags 12 months ago. Rear end stays up fine.
Last few weeks the rear sagging again over 3 days and onto the stops.
Replaced the Compressor, thinking that i had valve block problems.
3 days later sagging to the stops.
Nanocom showed a significant discrepancy between L and R sensors.
L sensor at 149 and R at 132. with the car level.
Levelled the vehicle at ride height and stored the new settings.
L at 149 and R at 149.
3 Days later down in the butt again. Sensor readings within 2 of each other but still sagging.
Swapped original compressor assy, same problem.
Nanocom readings for both sensors @ 4.99v (good according to RAVE)
Voltage to L and R solenoid valves 0.00 when not energised (again good)
I now have a brand bew compressor assy and a pefectly good original assy. New bags and a saggy butt!!!!
Done a spray around the bags and cant see anything.
What have I missed!!!
Should I pull the bags and test them out of the car?
Cheers
First thing to do IMHO, is park on level ground, either hook up a trailer OR load back of vehicle with at least 100 to 150kg and THEN spray detergent all around bags, especially at the bottom where they fold under. Even new bags can get damaged/ develop leaks.
