    Building a set of headers

    Hey all,

scored a very cheap low K TD5 turbo (read FREEE)

Had some plates laser cut to suit the 300tdi head and TD5 turbo inlet.
Just need the bits too join them to together....

    after something like this -

i know www.blackwoods.com.au sell 90Deg bends with long legs just want to get something before the xmas break so i can have a play. Anyone know anywhere that I can get mandrel bends @ 40mm NB pipe? only need 3 90 deg bends? I thnking most rollcage places could do a few bends for me what do you think?

Go to a Donaldson Duralife shop. They have a full range of exhaust tubing, bends, doughnut bends, clamps, seals, mufflers etc.

lots of exhaust places do but they are all 1.6mm wall not enough for a diesel turbo extractors they would work but I am guessing they will crack over a short period of time
