Thread: 200 Tdi Pyro Fitment

In fitting my new turbo I have to fit a 200 Tdi exhaust manifold

I have a Thermoguard EGT gauge already fitted to my 300 Tdi manifold. Which was easy, just switch the little plate over



The new manifold doesn't have that option

I'm just interested to know how people have fitted pyros to there 200 Tdi manifolds?

I'm thinking of just drilling and tapping a hole in the manifold, I imagine that would work?

No need to be fancy Jock,just tap a hole in a similar spot on your new manifold.Were did you source your intercooler?,it's a very good design. Pat
