Cant help you with anyone in that area, but cost-wise, mine was $100 at my local radiator place in Geelong about 12 months ago.
That was for a D1 300tdi.

I noticed the temp gauge rise to wards the H whilst travelling on the freeway yesterday in 43 deg heat.
Driving at 100kph I would have thought that the airflow was enough to cool the rad.
It wasn't until I slowed in traffic and stopped and started that the Viscous fan kicked in and the temp dropped.
So I want to get my radiator rodded, ( it's never been done in the past.
Can any one recommend a rad place in the outer south east of Melb that they ere happy with and idea of cost.
thanks

I just had mine done a few weeks ago at Toorak Tractor in Braeside.$80 was what it cost.Seems to be all good.
Cheers
Chris
Toorak tractors is a funny place and not around the corner. I've gone there a couple of times to buy stuff but the owner seems to avoid dealing with customers, he's always hopping around. I have had to rope and hog tie him a couple of times to get him to sell me something. But he is cheap when you can get his attention and get him to get his mind around finding where he put things. LOL
Was hoping some where in the FTG, Bayswater and surrounding areas.
