If you can get hold of a soldering iron, use it to melt a slot in the top to get a large flat screwdriver into.
If you don't have a soldering iron, heat the end of a flat screwdriver on the stove and push it into the plastic plug quickly, remove it and cool it down. You should then be able to put the cold screwdriver back into the plug and undo it. Works best with a large flat blade (like the ones with the square shaft as you can then put a spanner on it to turn it).
