Your problem sounds similar to what i experienced recently. Vehicle was 2003 Td5 110 with ABS.
After replacing master cylinder, ABS Module, and overhauling front calipers and bleeding by every means possible, I still had a spongy brake pedal.
After systematically clamping off each caliper. finally traced to air trapped in front calipers.
The solution was to remove the front calipers, insert packer between caliper pistons in place of rotor and then bleed with bleed nipple held high.
