HELP!!!! Before I break my disco 1 window ECU :(

I am trying so hard to figure out a way to get the damn computer plugs out of my Disco 1 ECU so I can take the damn thing out and check for solder but I just can't for the life of me get the smaller plug out and I've already broken one of the lips off it with a screwdriver...is there some kind of catch I need to release to be able to wiggle it out???

they are a pain to remove mine took about 40 minutes to get out, there is a small catch on them, but it's a matter of working out where to push down and then wiggle it lots! good luck

I just can't get a grip on it at all, I'm losing it with the car, I've had it for a day and I already want to whack it with spanners!

Ha got it out, didn't break anything too badly, and fixed it in a couple of minutes with a tiny bit of solder...wow I feel like such a man after that!
