DON'T DO IT!

Put a hole in your roof and you'll be forever having leaks when it rains.

Someone who knows about leaky roofs.

Forget it!

I don't even know anyone who has a sunroof who wouldn't be glad to get rid of it.

Unfortunately, my model Range Rover had them standard.

I see your in Rockhampton..... it's always raining in QLD so don't go the sunroof AKA Leaks.
Sunroofs are only meant for Melbourne where it doesn't rain.
Send down the rain or build a pipe line to Melbourne

I tend to agree, although mine has a sunroof.

My last one had 2 sunroofs and sure enough, one refused to shut.No leaks but still a hassle.
My old RRC did have a leak and was most annoying.

They often don't just leak but the extra heat they can generate is crazy.

In town traffic, they seem fine but once on the open road, you have to close them as the wind noise along with roof racks or rails or the rattle of the tdi or the muddies all together are just too much.

Honestly, save your $$$. You will not get it back when you sell the car trust me on that one. OHH that has a sunroof, buy that one.
Landrover buyers look at service history, oil leaks etc-- you get my drift.

Could you honestly consider getting a sun roof Land Rover made, what make you think that their history of oil leaks underneath would be anything far from water leaks on the top. They can't even produce a vehicle that doesn't leak water from the front windscreen, alpine windows, so trust them with a sunroof ?

The sun roofs are German - I think. Are they Webasto Hollandia?
