You need a new unit, and a new gasket... I'd suggest giving Rovacraft a call and do it yourself - much cheaper

Had it checked out by the lads at Discovery Automotive. Turns out it's the return line that's had it. They still have them on backorder from November! Anyone know where I can get one?

The moment i red this threads heading i thought it would be a return line as i had the same problem. I just cut some spare line to length and put it in 6months ago and have had no problems to date

Don't let it idle for so long, take it for a drive if you want to charge the battery, why dont you buy the apprpriate size/length of fuel line and fit it yourself, shouldn't be too hard, Regards Frank.
