    Haven't brewed for over a decade...but yes it used to take longer in winter....and I used to bottle once it reached the required specific gravity.

    Well after 2 1/2 weeks its finally stopped fermenting, i think the fresher yeast re-activated the old yeast and why it took so long.
    Bottling time tomorrow.

    Picked up another 50x long necks off gumtree so will start another brew tonight.

    And got another 5 x dozen and i just bought a 4l keg and co2 setup, just in time for my euro lager i have on the go and then ready for Wombat .
