I am not sure what the ratios are for the gearbox and cant remember what it sits at 100kp.
will go for a drive on sunday. as for the rest (diffs,transfer) i think are the standard ones.

the cable pulles all the way back to the srew where it stops
that would be the srew on the injector pump woul that be where i could give it more rpm

No, I believe governor adjustments are under the cap on the front of the pump, its just next to and slightly below the return pipe that goes to the fuel filter, although I may be corrected as I've never made a governor adjustment, just fuel, although i know under this cap, is a bolt with locknut, which I belive controls rack position (governor)
