Does anyone with a normal type turbo setup (manifold installation- either IHI or Garret) have any dyno figures to compare with the remote one that I have?
    Cheers......Brian

Bearman and I had the benefit of taking each of our 110s for a road drive to compare performance. Both conversions done by mike vine. His is a remote set up with a T3 Garrett mine uses an Isuzu turbo manifold with a more modern and fairly new GT2560 Garrett. The only other possible difference was motor age with his being fairly new, but mine only has about 200,000. His had better torque and power in my opinion.

Mine runs about 300 - 350 at 100K unladen and from memory I think Rar110's was about 450-480. Correct me if I'm wrong mate.

Well that makes sense, although its a bit more of a difference to what I would have expected
I would say there’s an extra 30 odd psi arguing in Rar110 s manifold that cant get out

Pretty close to that. No load on flat highway 100 kmh egt is about 425 degrees.

Are you both running the same gearing/tyres?
I only ask as on my D1-300tdi I've noticed the temps drop off about 20-30deg at 100k's when I remove the 245/75's and go back to standard tyres.

    Boost pressures at the time?

    EGTs measured where?

Rar110 has the oem t25 with T3 flange?
You have a T3 - what??? Do you have the numbers off the tag?

Both running same wastegate at the time. Brian disconnected his just after from memory. I have a t25 flange manifold with a GT28 turbo.
The probe is different, both post turbo but Bearman's turbo is remote so probe is further from manifold.
