    1986 LAND ROVER 110 COUNTY Private Cars For Sale in NSW - carsales.com.au 1246 1247 1252 1282 4294965541 4294960683&silo=1011

    I saw this for sale today on carsales and rang up the guy but it had been sold. You would have had to be quick to get this one. $5000? It looked in pretty good nick to me. Sounds like someone got the steal of the century!

    Anyone know the someone that bought it? I hope they aren't gonna strip it for parts. Its too valuable a vehicle to simply scrap and has so many fantastic uses.

    I wish they made more of these things! I would own a few as would a lot of guys on this forum.

    $5000 farout!

    it will be interesting to see it evolve with its new owner.

    he may well have to spend another 5000 on it,
    but it certainly would be a great basis for a camper or something

    Theres a LOT of work in that vehicle to bring it up to scratch. $5k further to spend is VERY conservative, I'd double that AT LEAST.

    It has been very used

    But, like Harry says, a great basis for a camper. As long as the new owner didn't have to pay someone to repair everything, IE do it himself, it would be a good buy.

    I second that JC, I bought my county for 1 grand and have spent on about 25,000 on parts, I have done all the work but it adds up.

    I like the roof airconditioner



    I had a look at thier website, looks like no trips since 2004.
    I simply can't believe a 5 speed held together with that kind of travel & lug a trailer around.

    Nah mate I didn't. I saw it on carsales pretty much as soon as it was listed, about a week or 10 days ago. Thought about it long and hard. Would have loved it but I just dont have the time at the moment to get something like this up and running, with a business, young kids etc etc etc.....sigh.

    I'm seriously considering a unimog for my next vehicle. Have been doing a lot of research.
