Which ones? the ones for 0-50/40 lift or the ones for 40-60mm lift application list here, http://www.koni-na.com/pdf/KONI_Auto_2010.pdf I think the vehicle is stock but from hub centre to the bottom of the flare it sits 60mm higher than a stock TD5 (although the TD5 may have sagged a little). So is this difference the result of the heavier springs cope with the 4BD1 or simply the older 110's sit a bit higher compared to the defender?
