    Speedi sleeve size

G'day All, I'm sure I need a speedi sleeve for the front output shaft for my 110, it has the LT230 T/case, does anyone know the part number required.
I am sure this is where the oil is coming from, as it is on the under side of the drivers floor and on the chassis rail RHS, this output flange used to have a speedi sleeve on it, but it has been to a garage and had some transmission work done on it, so I don't know if it's been removed and if so why???, any help appreciatted, cheers Dennis

Just get a new out put flange and double lipped seal. But most leaks I have seen appear to be though the spigot. i have tried using different materials to replace the felt washer. I am actually using SHEAR, its a plastic used by toolmakers, usably red. Seems to be the most successful so far.

I just bought a new diff yoke for $25 so I would think a yoke for the front output would be a similar price. hardly worth the the effort to sleeve.

Id say this would be the problem dennis the leak will be coming out through the spline and under the nut and washer as the felt seal was prob not fitted and they dont work to good anyways i just use a silicone sealant like ultra blue or a good type of gasket silicone wipe sum on the inside of the drive flange spline and fit it up then butter the back face of the washer and fit it into place then let set for an hour or so before refitting the locking nut most are now nyloc tho some are the old stake the edge in the grove type this will fix the leak id say ..

As for speedy sleevs once on they are allmost unseen and would be bloody hard to get off in one piece ..
