Not AFAIK.
Same internals. 110 has different output housing and larger brake drum and different speedo drive gear than RR and Stage1 LT95
RR box has different handbrake mechanism too.

Is there such a thing as an original LT 95 Gearbox built especially for the Isuzu?
If so , what are the differences if any to say a RR LT 95 box?
Not AFAIK.

1985 County - Isuzu 4bd1 with HX30W turbo, LT95, 255/85-16 KM2's
1988 120 with rust and potential
1999 300tdi 130 single cab - "stock as bro"
2003 D2a Td5 - the boss's daily drive
Same trans exactly as the 1982 to 1984 4 door RRC fitted with Hi compression carb V8, as they also shared the .996:1 high range. The only differences for 110 fitment are as Steve mentioned; rear output housing and park brake are bigger/ better, and obviously the Isuzu bellhousing.

Okay
So if buying a reco Box and TC ex RR , it has to be a 1982 to 1984.
Any ID on the box to confirm it is from those years please?
Someone suggested it had something different to stop that clutch out noise when stationary and in neutral.
The noise Steve mentioned and I also have and I think , all Isuzu owners have

Whatever box you get, you're not guaranteed it's still got the original high speed gears in the transfer. They might have been changed, so it pays if the seller actually knows what ratio is fitted, or at least knows the history of the box.

Stage 1 boxes (V8 and Isuzu) also have a longer front output shaft and housing.

Stage1's also had a larger output flange as they had a double cardan front shaft. Also have a different speedo drive gear to the 110 and RR.
A Stage1 box will show about 140km/h indicated at 100km/h true if you fit into a 110 without changing the drive gear
My advice would be to get as good a box as you can, then if its not a 110 box, get someone who knows what they are doing to swap the output housing with the one from your original box and check the center diff and intermediate shaft shims while they are about it.
