ok so far:
*turbo is mounted correctly
*exhaust pressure line is fitted which entailed hours of making little clips to make everything look fashionable
*machined up a solid alloy spacer for the twin oil filters
*drilled the block
*restored the truck sump so its all new again and installed it.....wow it will make life so much easier when making the new dump pipe.
*jig finally made to slot swivel balls
*removed lt85 but have not seperated the lt230 yet
*removed flywheel and have been tinkering around with making an inertia ring to add more weight (thanks to dougals help). this link is helpfull info: 6BD1 vs 4BD1T Flywheels and Housings
*i am starting to mount the mxa box after making enquiries about alloy plate suitable for the task and hydro cutting an adaptor ring such as grubbs i came across a flywheel housing off a 4BA1 isuzu which so far bolts to the mxa but still need to check if it bolts to the 4BD...
*unfortunately its a 2 bolt so i need to think about what i will do about starter motors.
*other big task is going to be shifting mech for the mxa as noone has been able to get in touch with grubb
*i am still thinking about spigot options (machining up a cinted bronze bush to replace the original bush just with a smaller ID 19mm to suit the mxa or use the truck bearing which im not sure how/if the spigot pulls apart from the crank)
*been in touch with Keith from roving tracks that much its not funny and have been discussing diff options...i have decided to go with the 80series upgrade whilst keeping the original 4.11 ratio from the toyota diff i have laying around....rear diff will be the obvious dana conversion as i have already mentioned with at this stage yukon 4.11 R&P.
pics are in the process

A 12v version of my starter would be perfect.

Cheers fellas very helpful....the question is, Which ones better bush or bearing ?
i recall welding something onto my spigot to get it out, when changing across to the MXA box. then i used the bearing
Actually, i remember drilling a hole through it until it hit the back of the crank. Will see if i can find the link to it, showed pictures of a guy doing it.
Search 'how to remove Isuzu 4bdi spigot housing's' in projects. Isuzubob put up a tutorial, this is what I did
Flywheel housing fits nicely...
After today's efforts I am now going to remove the motor and mount gearbox etc etc in the workshop I think it may be much easier and less damage done to components too...
