    Busman's 82 Isuzu Rangie

Took the old Rangie out over the Labour Day long weekend to the Springs 4wd in Qld, and suffered rear arm failure.
Broke both rear arms, tailshaft and cwp with 3 teeth off the Toyo 4.56.
One of the arms broke off it's weld, and all the weight transferred around from there.

Here is a quick pic of the car, driving back to camp for repairs.
Heap of chain & straps to keep everything in line temp.

Just about fixed, and will be back on the road over the weekend, much stronger !!

    Cheers Dave

just re-read ure post, i was in the same boat last year kinda, gave it some curry up a rock shelf and broke tailshaft, toyo CWP (4.3's), twisted rear axle (30 spline), and snapped front axle (30 spline)

but i still stand by Keiths (rovingtracks) gear and he warranted his product.

    Hey Sam,
Yep Keith's gear is top quality, and no issue so far.

I have had these arm's originally on my Disco for a a few years, and they copped a fair bit of punishment.
After looking at the arms, the one that let go first seems to had a weld failure.
Greg has now made new solid HD arms, and Nitro CWP Nerang Diff's have just installed.
So should be all good over the weekend.
The Sticky Trep's are top stuff, man they grip !!

I was at Cals Climb that day with Greg & Kelvin when your car had a hemorage.
Could not believe so much broke in one hit!!

Must say your truck is just plain awsome though.
    Cheers Dave
